How much does it cost?
ZILCH!!! You don't pay us a cent. We receive a small flat commission from the dealership and rely on volume to sustain our business model
How does the best price guarantee work?
We're so confident you will get a better price with us. If not, we will happily send you 12 months Roadside assistance cover on your car of choice. To qualify, you must receive the quote from the prospective dealership in writing and give us the opportunity to match or beat that price. Once you've paid your deposit with the dealership, we'll setup your new policy.
What about if I have a trade in?
Online Showroom gives you the best of both worlds. We'll obtain a trade appraisal from the dealer as well as our partnered wholesalers to give you a second option. You'll get the best price on the new car as well as the best price on your trade. You'll even have a choice to have your trade-in picked up, and your new car delivered.
What if I want to test drive the vehicle?
In some cases, we can organise to have the car taken to you for a test drive. There's no need to visit the dealership when you choose us. If you prefer to receive your quote first, we can organise the contract of purchase subject to test driving the vehicle. That means you can place a deposit on the car to secure the price, take the car on a test drive and if you're not satisfied with the way it drives we'll happily refund your deposit.
Are you only based in Sydney only or do you operate nationwide?
We can service anywhere in Australia, however, the process may vary. We cannot guarantee 3 quotes and cannot guarantee test drives or delivery of vehicles. We can still honour our best price guarantee and provide our finance and insurance services. We mainly service Sydney Metro, Central Coast, Hunter Region and the South Coast. Most of our major dealer groups have dealers in other states, and we're able to utilise their services hassle-free.
How long until I get my car?
In most cases, within 48 hours of receiving your deposit. This is dependent on the stock availability of the dealership. We generally find that car dealers with the stock available give us the best price. However, should another tender (at a slightly higher price point) offer a quicker delivery we’ll let you know.
How does e-stock work?
Some dealerships may have a car which they will need to clear for various reasons. It may be that there is a new model on its way and they need to clear the current stock, or that a particular vehicle has been in stock for a certain number of days and needs to be moved. Most car manufacturers have price rules or guidelines when advertising vehicles. Selling through Online Showroom gives the dealers a way to satisfy those rules without needing to advertise the dealership.
